Dr. Vanessa Henry-Hill

Veterinarian

Dr. Vanessa Henry-Hill, a graduate of St. George University, has spent a joyful decade in the world of veterinary care. She treats every pet as if it were a beloved family member, and she takes great pleasure in watching puppies grow into cherished senior patients, ensuring their changing needs are met. With two wonderful kids keeping her on her toes, free time is a rare treasure for Vanessa. When she has time, she loves running, hiking, and outdoor activities with her husband and kids. 

Dr. Joy Will

Veterinarian

Dr. Joy Will joins Crazy Paws Veterinary Hospital in June 2026, bringing more than a decade of emergency and urgent care experience to our growing team. A native of southern New Hampshire, Dr. Will earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Merrimack College before pursuing her degree in Veterinary Medicine at St. George’s University, graduating in 2008. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong clinical foundation in critical medicine and surgery, and is a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

Dr. Will’s transition into general practice means our clients benefit from her sharp diagnostic instincts and calm, decisive approach to complex cases. Whether it’s a routine wellness visit or a more challenging presentation, she brings the kind of experience that makes a real difference.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Will enjoys staying active with running marathons, climbing mountains, hiking, paddle-boarding, and traveling. She shares her home with three beloved pets: Aster, a Rhodesian Ridgeback; Ivy, a rescued Australian Shepherd; and Poppy, a one-eyed cat with a big personality.

Jacki

Practice Manager, Technician

Jacki began her career at Crazy Paws as a receptionist but now works full-time as the Practice Manager and Veterinary Technician. As much as her role has changed, she still enjoys being able to help patients during their exams or surgeries, and she enjoys being able to comfort people and animals by taking the time to explain things, make sure pets aren’t stressed out, and do things at their pace. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, working on projects in her home, gardening, cooking, and painting.

Technician

Katie has been in the veterinary field for about a year now. She’s a proud graduate of the University of Maine. She takes pride in getting to know clients and their furry friends, making vet visits feel like fun. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her kayaking, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

David, CVT

Nurse

David is a graduate of Becker College and has been in the veterinary field for around 9 years. He takes immense pride in helping our furry friends when they’re not feeling their best because he considers them part of the family, just like anyone else at home. During his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his family.

Natalie

Technician

Natalie was introduced to us more than a decade ago, as a small child, when she came in with her parents and her sweet lab named Lou. She attended Quincy College. She takes pride in making patients feel comfortable when they come to our hospital, easing people’s worries, and client education. In her free time, she enjoys painting, walking her dog, enjoying nature, and caring for animals.
